Cytomorphological spectrum of tumor cells (arrows) of melanoma metastases immunostained with 'MCW melanoma cocktail'. The tumor cells were larger and showed high N/C ratio with non-granular cytoplasmic staining around the nuclei with usually clear nuclear details. The nuclear chromatin did not simulate the chromatin of lymphocytes in the background. The nucleoli may be prominent. The cell margins were well defined.
