Pie charts (A) and a confusion matrix (B) were used to compare the available diagnosis with the Tissue of Origin Test results. Among the cases that were on-panel, the Tissue of Origin Test had a 92.3% (12/13) agreement with the available diagnosis. The Tissue of Origin Test Result for the off-panel case of squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck was lung. Abbreviations are BR = Breast, CO = Colon, GA = Gastric, LU = Lung, LY = Lymphoma, ME = Melanoma, SC = Sarcoma, OV = Ovarian.
