  1. In the corresponding needle biopsies MMP2 and MMP9 expressions were evaluated by immunohistochemistry and a semiquantitative score (BS) was calculated. Correlation coefficients between BS and GS, between GS and Gleason score and between GS and PSA are shown. The correlation coefficient was calculated for all PSA values or only for PSA values from PCa patients (* p< 0.01)
