(B) Perivascular epithelioid cells are round to polygonal with abundant clear to finely eosinophilic granular cytoplasm and round nuclei (H-E, ×200). The epithelioid cells are immunoreactive for HMB-45(C) and calponin(D), with the characteristic "myomelanocytic" immunophenotype of PEComas.
