The growth inhibitory effects of CXCR4 were examined in vivo using a xenograft model of esophageal cancer. A. Nude mice were inoculated KYSE-150. Four weeks later, strip nude mice tumor and weigh by electronic balance. The targeted CXCR4 siRNA inhibited tumor growth in a xenograft model (*p <0.05). B. Nude mice were inoculated TE-13 cells. Four weeks later, strip nude mice tumor and weigh by electronic balance. The targeted CXCR4 siRNA inhibited tumor growth in a xenograft model.
