(D) Interphase fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) revealed 1 fused signal (arrow) in the tumor nucleus, indicating the presence of RANBP2-ALK translocation. One separate orange signal and 1 separate green signal indicated a normal ALK and a normal RANBP2 locus, respectively (1000× original magnification).
