Patterns of PRMT5 expression in surgically resected lung tumors. Cytoplasmic PRMT5 is seen diffusely throughout a tumor (a-c) while nuclear expression varies (b-c); squamous cell carcinoma (a-b); small cell lung carcinoma (c); immunohistochemistry, original magnification ×200, ×600, and ×600, respectively.
