Sheets and nests of uniform polygonal epithelioid cells with round or oval nuclei and acidophilic cytoplasm divided by thin fibrovascula stroma were found. Pseudopapillary structures were observed. Cell atypia was mild and mitosis was not found (H&E, magnification ×200, B; H&E, magnification ×400, C). Immunohistochemistry showed that the tumor cells were positive for CD56 (D), CD10 (E), and the nuclear type of β-catenin (F) (Magnification ×400, D-F).
