Analysis of CD3⁺T cells, CD4⁺T cells, CD8⁺T cells and the CD4⁺/CD8⁺ratio in the peripheral blood of three groups. Peripheral blood samples were collected from 65 cases of cervical cancer patients, 42 cases of cervical CIN patients and 40 cases of healthy people. Flow cytometry was used to conduct this experiment.
