Fine needle aspiration cytology for diagnosis of prepuce SCC. Clustering of large cell populations of malignant tumor, with nuclear anomalies, were identified such as round nuclei in SCC .And also, cytoplasmic vacuolation and a large number of round-shaped germinal cells, with coarse nuclear chromatin and prominent multinucleoli were observed together with vesicular nuclei with prominent nucleoli, May-Grünwald Giemsa (MGG) staining method, 1000×.
