MCPyV-pseudonegative [CM2B4 (−) and MCPyV-DNA (+)] and -pseudopositive [CM2B4 (+) and MCPyV-DNA (−)] MCCs. MCC UK11 case (A) was negative for MCPyV-LT (CM2B4) (C) despite the presence of MCPyV-DNAs (LT-DNA; 3.81 copies/cell) and was positive for MCPyV-ST immunoreactivity (ST-1) (E) and -ST mRNA expression by ISH (G).
