Kaplan-Meier disease-free survival (A) and overall survival (B) curves for 4 groups of NDRG2 and CD24 expression in HCC tissues. Patients with NDRG2-low/CD24-high expression profile had the worst outcome for both disease-free survival and overall survival among the 4 groups. Pairwise comparisons showed that the statistically significant difference of survival rates existed between NDRG2-low/CD24-high cases and any of other three groups. Note: `a' refers to NDRG2-high/CD24-low; `b' refers to NDRG2-low/CD24-low and NDRG2-high/CD24-high; `c' refers to NDRG2-low/CD24-high.
