Relative expressions of MUC1 (a), EMA (b), TGF-β (c) and Pan-CK (d) were categorized by samples. Relative expressional signals are displayed as a ratio of each protein to GAPDH. MUC1 and EMA expressions of malignant cases are significantly higher than benign cases (p = 0.001 and p = 0.011, respectively). (e) MUC1 and EMA protein levels were analysed by western blot.
