RT-PCR analysis of FGF23 transcripts. All 3 FGF23 transcripts (23a, 140 bp; 23b, 125 bp; 23c, 175 bp) were amplified in PMTs (with TIO: case Nos. 1, 2, without TIO: case Nos. 6, 7), whereas only 2 or 1 of the 3 transcripts were detected in the chondromyxoid fibroma sample (case No. 9) or the myxoid liposarcoma sample (case No. 23), respectively.
