Immunocytochemical analysis of CA IX in LNCaP and PC-3 cells, under normoxia and hypoxia. Under normoxia, a negligible CA IX cytoplasmic staining is detected in LNCaP (a) and PC-3 (b) cells, with few positive nuclei.
