Expression of Cks1 and p27KIP1 in NPC and non-tumor nasopharygeal tissues by IHC. Strong staining of Cks1 protein was identified in cell nuclei of primary NPC tissues (a) and lymph node metastasis tissues (b). Negative staining of Cks1 protein was identified in the normal nasopharyngeal epithelia (c). Moderate staining of p27KIP1 was found in primary NPC tissues (d) and lymph node metastasis tissues (e). Strong staining of p27KIP1 was found in cell nuclei of non-tumor nasopharygeal epithelium (f)
