  1. Kappa was calculated for continuous data and for data divided into categories as low-budding and high-budding with a cut-off for high-budding of ≥10 buds. Intra-observer kappa was calculated for all sections (n = 129) and for the deepest invasive tumour section (n = 43). Inter-observer kappa was calculated for 50 randomly selected cases
