SS18-SSX nested PCR of the SS patients. Two FFPE SS tumor samples (A, B) and the SS-iASC cell line (C) were used as positive controls. Bands corresponding to the SS18-SSX fusion gene are the size of 212 bp. 1–15: cases 1–15 with no detectable SS18-SSX fusion gene.
