Histologic analysis of laser-induced thermal therapy treated left temporal glioblastoma multiforme revealed distinct histologic zones. Hematoxylin and eosin stained sections represent neoplastic tissue surrounded by granulation tissue and necrosis. Section images were captured (original magnification 4X) and collaged.
