Case 2: a and b illustrate low-magnification and high-magnification appearance respectively (H&E stain), showing similar morphological pattern as in case 1 except for more expanded pale-staining cuffs. Also note some nodules are devoid of dark areas. IHC staining for CD21 reveals disrupted FDC meshwork (c), CD20 and BCL2 staining are positive for neoplastic cells (d, f) while CD10 staining negative (e). The neoplastic cells are also positive for BCL6, HGAL, LMO2 (not shown)
