ZEB1 overexpression rescued the impacts of circKIF4A silencing on cell migration, invasion and apoptosis in BC cells. MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with si-circKIF4A, si-NC, si-circKIF4A + ZEB1 or si-circKIF4A + pcDNA. (a) The expression of ZEB1 was measured through western blot assay.
