Histology of the primary cytokeratin-positive interstitial reticulum cell (CIRC) tumor of the biopsied lymph node. a The nodal architecture showed effacement caused by neoplastic proliferation on the left side. Circumferential tumor cell proliferation around follicles was conspicuous on the right side. The tumor margin was vaguely detectable (arrowheads). b Proliferating tumor cells around the germinal center (GC) were large in size and round or polygonal. Most of them had round vesicular nuclei and prominent nucleoli. The abundant cytoplasm was pale to eosinophilic. Tumor cells were admixed with many small lymphocytes, plasma cells and eosinophils.
