Tumor cell % mentioned is the TC% estimated in the slides used for Idylla™. Because the samples were sequenced using Sanger sequencing the EGFR mutation VAF is unknown. Total CQ values were mentioned to assess the amplifiability of the DNA. For case 5 the CQ value of 1 slide is mentioned.
