Microscopic views demonstrate a mass composed of spindle cells arranged in fascicles and storiform patterns in a background of prominent lymphocytic infiltrates (A). The neoplastic cells had eosinophilic cytoplasm, ovoid to spindled nuclei, vesicular chromatin and small nucleoli (B).
