Staining reactions in endometrial stromal sarcoma. H&E stain of a case of a uterine endometrial stromal sarcoma showing unform malignant stromal cells containing mitotic figures (arrowheads). The corresponding PD-L1 stain shows a single tumor cell with the cell membrane reactivity and CTLA-4 IHC displaying positive granular cytoplasmic staining of the malignant cells which are very similar to that in the control tissue as seen in Fig. 1 (case# 63, Additional Table 1).
