Overexpression of CANT1 rescued the effect of circ_0001715 silencing on A549 and H1299 cell progression. The overexpression efficiency of CANT1 was determined by western blot assay in A549 and H1299 cells (A). Clone formation assay and EDU assay were employed to illustrate the effects between circ_0001715 knockdown and CANT1 overexpression on cell proliferation in cells (B and C).
