Spleen structure replaced neoplastic lymphoid cells with necrosis in (A); nodular growth pattern can be seen easily in (B), comprising small- to medium-sized cells in (C); by immunostaining, cells in the center region of nodules were CD3 positive (D), cells in the peripheral region of the nodules were CD20 positive (E), and the Ki67 index was approximately 35% in the center and 10% in the periphery of the nodules (F)
