A case with discordant diagnosis of the histological subtype between preoperative and surgical specimens. (A) Computed tomographic image showing a mass lesion measuring 4 cm in diameter in the left upper lobe. (B) Computed tomography-guided fine needle biopsy was performed. Pathological findings of the biopsy specimen showed keratinized cells, suggestive of squamous cell carcinoma (H.E. stain, ×100).
