Histological aspect and immunohistochemical profile of the lesion. (A). The cytoplasm of neoplastic cells contains sometimes eosinophilic globular inclusions (arrows). The nucleus is irregular with vesicular chromatin and several mitotic figures (arrowhead) (H & E × 400). The tumor cells are positive for EMA (B), vimentin (C), S100 protein (D) and pancytokeratin (E).
