siRNA of lncRNA RGMB-AS1 promoted the expression of RGMB in A549 and SPC-A-1 cells. a Cells were transfected with siRNA of lncRNA RGMB-AS1 and NC. RGMB mRNA level was detected by qRT-PCR assay. RGMB mRNA expression was upregulated in A549 and SPC-A-1 cells after transfection with siRNA of lncRNA RGMB-AS1 and NC respectively (*P < 0.05). b, RGMB protein level was detected by Western blot assay. GAPDH protein was regarded as endogenous normalize. The expression level was also upregulated (*P < 0.05). siRNA: cells transfected with siRNA of lncRNA RGMB-AS1; NC: cells transfected with unrelated siRNA as negative control; Blank: non-transfected cells. *P < 0.05 compared with the control group
