Some of them (arrowheads) show central necrosis. b There were foci of tumor islands with atypical chondrogenic differentiation surrounded by round/spindle shape tumor cells. c–d Besides that, expansive sheet like pattern with solid nests could also be identified that were divided by fine fibrovascular septa. The infiltrate displaced the normal hematopoiesis of the bone marrow. e–f The diffuse and intensive cytoplasmic desmin and nuclear Myf-4 positivity proved rhabdomyosarcoma differentiation of tumor cells.
