From: Aberrant synaptophysin expression in classic Hodgkin lymphoma
Classic Hodgkin lymphoma with synaptophysin expression. Hodgkin/Reed-Sternberg cells are evident for cytoplasmic synaptophysin expression (A, Case 8, HE stain; B, Case 8, synaptophysin stain). Synaptophysin is stained in the cytoplasm of other Hodgkin/Reed-Sternberg cells of other classic Hodgkin lymphoma cases. The other hematolymphoid cells in the background are all negatively stained (C, Case 2; D, Case 3; E, Case 5; F, Case 7). All were stained with synaptophysin clone MRQ40. Magnification × 400
