A Admission CT showed bilateral parasagittal high-density lesions, mainly on the left side, located in front of the motor area of the brain. B T1-weighted images and (C) T2-weighted image showed a parasagittal mass with irregular mixed signals, and some speckle high-signals was seen in it.
