Atypical lymphocytes infiltrated more diffusely in (A), and most were small to medium in size with clear to pale cytoplasm (B); most smaller cells were positive for CD3 (C) and PD1 (D), while scattered CD19-positive (E) and CD22-positive (not shown here) larger immunoblastic-like B cells were also mentioned, with a Ki67 index of nearly 50% (F)
